Our Gourmet Sea Salt Flakes are produced in the traditional way. The sea water is channelled
through a series of ponds. The brine is poured into large pans, where the natural process of sun
and wind evaporation slowly heats the brine to the point at which delicate pyramid shaped
crystals appear. The temperature is perfectly controlled in order for the pyramid shaped crystal
to acquire the right texture and flavor. The salt is then harvested dried, sieved and packed.
